Helpful activity on the site is rewarded with "points" through the Drupal Userpoints module.
Content Creation
Simply posting content is automatically rewarded with points. The amount of points varies based on the content type.

Points are also exchanged by users for help. Helpers can look through the Help Wanted for points pledged. Remember that the quality of the help given will effect the reward
Users wanting help are encouraged to put how much they are willing to give. This is not set in stone, and the users wanting help are also encouraged to give more or less based on the quality and effort of the help received.
Inviting
Recruiting more helpers and inventors is an important part of the success of NeoMenlo.
Points for inviting a user: 10
Points awarded to inviter when invited user registers: 100
Points awarded to invitee when invited user registers: 100
