You can use original NeoMenlo logos anywhere, including commercial use. You can modify and even make derivative works 'inspired' by the Neo Menlo logo. However, you must give credit.
As author, we require this kind of atribution:
If the logo is embedded in an invention's image
We require that there be a mention of the invention project's creator.
We would also like attribution to the website.
If it is an original logo.
We prefer a link to "http://neomenlo.org" in websites.
However a visible/audible mention within other media is acceptable.
We do not enforce the attribution rule if the image is posted within the NeoMenlo website.
